Been looking into MoR solutions for handling subscription billing complexity in our iOS app.
Paddle and FastSpring seem popular, but I’m curious about what others are actually using and how it’s working for them.
Paddle makes things easier. They manage VAT and tax for you which saves a lot of time each month. The 5% fee is tough but worth it for hassle-free compliance. Just wish their analytics were better compared to App Store Connect.
RevenueCat does the subscription logic but you still need a merchant account.

FastSpring is reliable too but their dashboard seems outdated. Both options will raise your effective app store fee but the time savings on compliance often make it worthwhile.
Switching back to native payments was better for me.
We tried FastSpring for a few months. Setup was okay but their reporting is basic compared to our needs.
