iOS vs Android vs Web... my prices are all over the place. How are you managing a consistent pricing strategy across different platforms with their own rules and fees? It's chaos.

Apple takes 30%, Google takes 30%, web has payment processing fees, and now I have three different price points for the same product.

Users are definitely noticing the inconsistency. Some are gaming the system by switching platforms for better deals.

What’s your approach here?

Use your web price as the baseline and include platform fees in mobile pricing from the start. Don’t absorb the 30% cut. Users understand mobile has different costs but dislike surprises. If possible, prevent cross-platform price comparisons in your app. Most users stick to one platform. Grandfather existing users at their current rates, but implement the new pricing for new signups. Aim to clean everything up in 60-90 days.

One price for all platforms makes it simpler. Absorbing fees avoids confusing users with varying costs.
