Define success per geo and platform first. Use fixed traffic splits with sticky assignment. Require a minimum of conversions, not just clicks. Track secondary metrics like refund rate and time to first session. Build a QA list for copy, currencies, and all links. If a variant wins, rerun it once with fresh traffic to confirm. Speed is great, but confirm stability before rolling out to all users.
Add a false positive check. After a win, rerun the same test for 24 hours. If it fails the second time, do not ship.
Also log exact paywall shown so you can trace weird spikes.
