Been diving deep into user surveys lately and wondering how everyone else connects the dots.

Seeing some interesting patterns in our analytics but want to make sure we’re not just seeing what we want to see. How do you actually use survey feedback to confirm or completely flip your data assumptions?

Surveys can highlight things you might miss in data alone. They help confirm or challenge your trends.

Quick surveys after key user actions help validate the data. For example, if many abandon checkout, I ask the users why. Often, their reasons differ from the analytics, which changes my approach to fixes.
