I feel like I spend 90% of my time on user acquisition and 10% on monetization strategy. This ratio seems completely backward.

Been running campaigns for months and just realized I barely think about how users actually convert to paying customers.

Spend all day optimizing ad creative and install costs but maybe 30 minutes a week on subscription flows or pricing tests.

Focus on your current users before worrying about more.
