Check where users are most active after converting. For me, it’s right after onboarding when they’re actually using the features. That’s when value clicks and they want more.

Dig through your support tickets too. Users asking “can I do X” or “how do I upgrade to Y” are practically handing you upsell ideas. We discovered three opportunities just from common support questions.
