I'm looking at our "cancel subscription" flow. Are you just letting users go, or do you present a survey or a last-ditch "please stay" offer?

Been analyzing our churn funnel and wondering what others are doing here.

Right now we just have a basic confirmation screen but feels like we’re missing an opportunity to understand why people leave or maybe retain some of them.

Surveys help if users want to share feedback. Retention offers can reduce cancellations too.
