I'm obsessed with leading indicators. Are there any "soft" metrics you track that hint at future revenue, even if it's not a direct sale? Like, "number of times a user clicks the upgrade button but doesn't buy"?

I’ve been diving deep into metrics that predict revenue before it actually shows up in the numbers.

Currently tracking upgrade button clicks without conversion and time spent on pricing pages. These seem to correlate with eventual purchases weeks later.

What other behavioral signals do you watch that hint at future buying intent?

Profile completion rates are perfect for this. Users filling out details and uploading photos? They’re getting serious.

I also track billing section visits where people don’t change anything. That browsing usually converts within 1-2 months.

Support ticket drops usually mean upgrades are coming.
