I'm seeing more apps offer a "pause subscription" option. Did anyone implement this? Did it actually reduce churn, or just delay it for a few months?

Adding a pause option really helps. About 30% of people who pause come back within three months in my experience. Without it, most would just cancel permanently. Just make sure unpausing is super easy.
