Improving user retention rates with onboarding control

User retention has been a challenge for my subscription service. I recently learned that controlling the entire user onboarding flow could play a huge role in retaining customers. By personalizing the experience and making it more seamless, I hope to build better relationships with users. Has anyone else implemented similar strategies to enhance retention? What specific features did you find most useful?
