Is your "data-driven" culture empowering your team, or just drowning them in dashboards?

We’ve created an extensive analytics system with dashboards for every metric possible. CTR, LTV, funnel drops, cohort retention - it’s all there.

Yet, I’m starting to feel it might be excessive. The team seems to be stuck in meetings about metrics instead of testing.

How do we find the right balance?

Focus on testing not tracking too much

Focus on three metrics that directly hit your revenue. Everything else is just noise keeping your team busy without results. Here’s my rule: don’t track anything unless someone can explain exactly how it’ll change next week’s tests. Most teams drown in data because they measure everything instead of what actually grows the business.
