Just received a refund request for our web subscription and I’m at a loss.

Looking at the Stripe dashboard, I can’t help but think there must be an easier way than handling each refund manually. This could turn chaotic really quickly.

Refunds are quick in Stripe just click and done

Stripe handles refunds automatically. Just click the refund button in your dashboard and the money returns to the original payment method in 5-7 days. No need for spreadsheets. For partial refunds, enter the amount during the process. Stripe also sends a confirmation email to the customer and you can use webhooks to update the user’s subscription status immediately after the refund is done.
