Using customer feedback to iterate on A/B tests for maximum impact. How do you loop that feedback in?

Been running A/B tests for months but feels like I’m missing something.

Getting decent feedback from users but struggling to actually use it to improve my test iterations.

What’s your process for taking that qualitative data and feeding it back into your testing strategy?

Check support tickets while testing. They show exactly where users get stuck.

Just ask users why they bounced on the losing version.

Run exit surveys on your losing variants and ask: what stopped you from finishing? Build your next test around the top 3 answers. Users complain about unclear pricing? Test different ways to show value. Trust issues? Try moving social proof around. Don’t just collect feedback and cross your fingers. Turn each complaint into something you can actually test.
