Build a dashboard showing users exactly how much time or money they’re saving. Most apps just pile on features. Pro users want to see stuff like “You saved 47 hours this month” or “That’s $2,340 in productivity gains.” When people see real numbers, they’ll think of the upgrade as an investment, not just another expense.
